Michael Ware Music

Michael Ware, a native of Oklahoma City, OK is a composer and arranger of choral and instrumental music for worship and concert. His love for sacred music began at an early age and continues today in his works for church choirs and instrumentalists. These pieces range from simple SAB selections and instrumental solos for smaller ministries, to large, artistic pieces for choir and full orchestra. Michael has a love for keyboard music as expressed in a large number of hymn and Christmas carol collections for piano. These arrangements are also available individually as downloads along with a handful of piano/organ duets. In 2021, Michael arranged both TTBB and SATB arrangements of the viral folk song, The Wellerman. These have become his best selling arrangements for the educational market. His music been published by Hal Leonard, Shawnee Press, Lorenz, LifeWay, Celebrating Grace, and Michael Ware Music. Michael has degrees from Oklahoma Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He currently serves as the Music Associate at Hunters Glen Baptist Church in Plano, TX where he directs the Praise Kids children’s choir, plays piano in the orchestra and much more.
