Four chansons by the French composer Clément Janequin, (c. 1485 1558), one of the two most popular writers of chansons in his time. Adapted from a facsimile of the Johannes Petreius manuscript of 1541. Arranged for AAB and TTB recorder trios. A companion edition offers three more chansons from the same manuscript. Conductors score and individual parts for each chanson.
