Today is a beautiful folk-like melody written by Randy Sparks and was a hit record in 1964 for the New Christy Minstrels.
Sparks wrote it for the 964 movie "Advance to the Rear", a Civil War spoof. The love song "Today" ("while the blossoms still cling to the vine") was part of that score. 

This arrangement features full harmony a solo opportunity for either tenor or baritone.
