A popular song for "The New Christy Minstrels" in the 1960s, the arrangement was created for solo mountain dulcimer in 1-5-8 or DAD tuning.  It is suitable for the intermediate level player with a working knowledge of three finger chords and chord-melody style of playing.

The arrangement makes use of a 1+ fret with the primary challenge being the numerous three finger chords found throughout the arrangement.
