"Silent Night" is recorded on Dan Chadburns album, Whispers the Falling Snow, which was nominated for "Solo Piano Album of the Year" by One World Music Radio, as well as Zone Music Reporter, the industry standard for measuring radio airplay worldwide across multiple genres.
Each of the tracks on the album, including "Silent Night," was improvised and recorded in a single take in the studio during the month of October, 2013.
From the composer: "As a boy, I often sat at the piano, playing traditional carols on Christmas Eve, while my parents, sisters and brother sang along. Enhanced by an occasional Oregon snowfall, these memories continue to bring me joy today. The album is dedicated to the memory of Dan Chadburns former teachers, Maxine Martin and Dr. Calvin Knapp.
