So many years before my birth A special
Boy was born.
I didnt get to see Him then On that
first Christmas morn.
They named Him Jesus, and He grew To be
the best of men.
I wish I could have followed Him, And
loved Him, even then.
He lived his very best for me Because He
loves me so,
And then He died upon a cross-For all of
us, I know.
But now Hes risen from the grave-- We
learn on Easter day.
I hope that I can follow Him; I know
Hell show the way.
He wants for me to come back home To
live and love Him there.
If I obey Hell surely know That its
for Him I care.
I want to follow Jesus Christ Throughout
my whole life span.
I want to follow Jesus Christ; This is
His sacred plan.
