Down Yonder was published in 1921 and it has now enjoyed a century of popularity among old-time and bluegrass players. It was revived in recordings in the 1950s and Willie Nelson brought it back to popularity in 1975 in his Red-Haired Stanger Album. It is arranged here by McIntire as a Mountain Mommas Fiddle Tune.
