Here is a festive mixed level, 1 piano, 4-hands duet arrangement of the popular English carol "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." This arrangement is designed for a beginning student to play the PRIMO while the teacher, parent, or an intermediate student plays the SECONDO. All notes in the PRIMO are played singly with the hands in one position centered around middle C and then played one octave higher.

This arrangement begins with mellow broken chords for the harmony played by the SECONDO. Beginning with the second verse, the SECONDO adds a bit of syncopation creating a fuller sound for the remainder of the arrangement. The PRIMO plays the melody for the first verse and chorus. The SECONDO begins with the melody for the second time through the song followed with the melody returning to the PRIMO for the second verse and final chorus.
