Who doesn't love a partner song? Designed to be experimented with as a confidence building, brain stretching vocal warm-up, or a quick-win fun filler song. The songs featured in this mash-up have the same repeating chord structure of I-ii-V-I (2 bars of each).

Although six parts are captured below, the intention is NOT to sing them all at once (although please give it a go!) It's more to experiment with the diferent layers and see which combinations you like best. You might find a great flow that can be an audience crowd pleaser - taking something familiar and delighting by doing something different with it.

As the vocal group leader, imagine you're pressing the buttons on a loop machine. A group keeps singing their assigned part until you instruct to stop or change. A workout for both leader and singers!

Some of my favourite combinations are DWBH 'doo's' with What's Up? tune or the What's Up? 'heys' with the DWBH tune. The possibilities are endless of how to divide your group, build and layer.

If doing A Cappella suggest using the optional ostinato to keep a steady beat going, or you can provide a simple accompaniment on piano, uke or guitar (or get the backing track to either DWBH or What's Up? but be prepared for them to be in different keys).
