Product Description

Elizabethan Serenade is a light music composition by Ronald Binge. When it was first played in a 1951 radio broadcast by the Mantovani orchestra, it was titled "Andante Cantabile".
The piece won Binge an Ivor Novello award and it also had chart success in Germany and South Africa and a version with lyrics by poet Christopher Hassall called "Where the Gentle Avon Flows" was released.
It remains a popular concert item and is here arranged for full orchestra 2121 2220 Glock Harp and Strings. Trumpets and Trombones are optional.
