Product Description

This well known piece has been arranged for Brass Quartet comprising Trumpet 1 &2 (Bb Cornet/Flugel Horn), Trombone/Euphonium and Bass.  There are alternative parts for F Horn (Trombone/Euphonium), Eb Horn (Trombone/Euphonium), Bb Trombone/Euphonium in Treble and Bass Clef, Eb and Bb Bass in Treble and Bass Clef.

Please Note: This title is published for Brass Quartet and Brass Quintet. The parts are not interchangeable and can be differentiated by looking at bottom left hand corner.

In spite of its title, Elizabethan Serenade is a comparatively modern composition which was first performed by Mantovani in 1951.  Originally called Andante Cantabile, Ronald Binge changed the name to reflect post-war optimism when Queen Elizabeth 11 came to the throne in 1952. Its popularity as a piece of light music and as a theme tune was further enhanced when lyrics were added in English and in several other European Languages.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
