"Serpiente del Agua" Esta es la primera pieza que integra Animales de Poder, serie americana para arpa solista, homenaje a los pueblos originarios de américa en su mirada acerca del poder sagrado de los animales. Esta obra integral es el resultado de una investigación antropológica y técnica que será publicada como artículo científico-musical por la Editorial Dykinson en el 2025 luego de resultar seleccionada en el evento CanArts (España).
Este animal posee el don de la transmutación al mudar su piel, puede nadar y desplazarse por tierra, trepar una rama y ocultarse entre el follaje. Ha sido objeto de veneración en las culturas de todo el mundo por su aspecto intimidante y su mirada enigmática.
Poema introductorio: serpiente creadora de los mares, poderosa e imponente ¿cuántos seres habitaron los ropajes que soltaste sabiamente? tu ciclo sagrado encarna la naturaleza infinita.

"Water Serpent" This is the first piece that integrates "Animals of Power", an American series for solo harp, a tribute to the native peoples of America in their view of the sacred power of animals. This comprehensive work is the result of anthropological and technical research that will be published as a scientific-musical article by Editorial Dykinson in 2025 after being selected at the CanArts event (Spain).
This animal has the gift of transmutation by shedding its skin, it can swim and move on land, climb a branch and hide among the leaves. It has been the object of veneration in cultures around the world for its intimidating appearance and enigmatic gaze.
Introductory poem: serpent creator of the seas, powerful and imposing, how many beings inhabited the garments that you wisely released? your sacred cycle embodies infinite nature.
