'Tour of the Kingdom' is an underscore cue from Disney's animated classic, The Little Mermaid (1989). In this scene, Eric takes Ariel on a carriage ride through his kingdom. Ariel is delighted to discover more of the human world, and the romance between Ariel and Eric begins to develop. The scene ends with a transition to the Kiss the Girl scene.

This cue incorporates the recognizable arpeggiated add2 chord motif from Part of Your World - it's featured here in both major and minor chords. Menken's musical motif from Tour of the Kingdom is referenced throughout the film in other underscore cues.
