Richard Wagner (1813-1883) spent 1848 to 1874 completing the cycle of four music dramas Der Ring des Nibelungen (The Ring of the Nibelung), which premièred at the Bayreuth Festival Theatre in 1876. Siegfrieds Funeral March (also known as Siegfrieds Funeral Music) is in Act 3 from Götterdämmerung (Twilight of the Gods), which is the last of the cycle.

This transcription is for concert band with full Score (pp. 117), piccoloharp (pp. 1974), and transposed parts (pp. 75101).
