I've always wanted to play Bach's 3rd Lute Suite. I couldn't manage on the guitar so I tried the Baroque lute - that was even harder, so I thought I'd try it on the ukelele. What! Even the Baroque lute's 13 courses can't get down to the low G, so how can a teeny weeny uke manage it? The answer: it can't - BUT - there is one movement, the Courante, which almost works, despite that low G again. Then I thought, how would a Baroque guitarist play it? He would strum chords where the low notes are - and that's what I've done in this arrangement. Trills have been written out in full and arranged to fall on adjacent strings. The notation is for ukelele tuned G C E A but the tab is suitable for any ukelele, including those tuned with low G.
