This is a famous part from the work: Ich steh mit einem Fuß im Grabe by Johann Sebastian Bach. It was the first movement of the work namely: Sinfonia (sometimes titled "Arioso"). This has become a famous classical wedding (and funeral) song, due to its simplicity and sheer melodic beauty.
