Product Description

Spanish Christmas Carol. The campanilleros are groups of traditional musicians who in the Spanish region of Andalusia and parts of Extremadura and southern Castile-La Mancha sing songs of a religious nature to the accompaniment of guitars, bells and other instruments. The bell-ringers' choirs sing the rosaries at dawn.
The processional march Pasan los campanilleros, composed in 1924 by Manuel López Farfán and which forms part of the repertoire for Holy Week in Andalusia, refers to these Andalusian musicians and includes a melody from their traditional repertoire.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
