Adventures is a three-movement composition at a high school level for tuba and prerecorded sounds. The three movements are African Safari, Final Ascent to Mt. Everest, and Colorado River Rafting. Each has appropriate prerecorded sounds representing the type of adventure. African Safari has drum and animal-type sounds, Final Ascent to Mt. Everest has Tibetan Bowls, wind, breathing, and avalanche sounds, and Colorado River Rafting has water sounds along with sections with sounds representing serene beauty.
