Product Description

This easy 1 piano, 4 hands duet is arranged for a beginning student to play the PRIMO while the teacher or an intermediate student plays the SECONDO. All notes in the PRIMO are played singly with the hands in one position centered around middle C and then played one octave higher.

This arrangement pairs the familiar hymn tune LLANFAIR by Robert Williams with Easter lyrics updated from the traditional song "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today." A variation of the "Alleluia" forms the introduction and conclusion. Students will find this piece a joy to learn and a delightful first performance in a church setting.

The purchase price includes a 3 page score with combined PRIMO and SECONDO parts on each page plus an alternate format with the PRIMO and SECONDO parts on separate pages (2 pages each). The PRIMO can also be played as a solo when played as written, centered around middle C.

This arrangement is one of the 12 easy piano duets in the collection "Blessings Abound (Easy Piano Duets for 1 Piano, 4 Hands)"
