Honor Bound is a solo sung by Light's father Soichiro midway through the second act of Death Note: The Musical. In this scene, L has informed Soichiro of the death of officer Mogi Kanzou, who was tailing Light in Shibuya. This forces Soichiro to come a nearly impossible crossroads: uphold his sense of justice, even if it means losing his son in the process, or defend his refined image of his "honor bound" son.
