This challenging but rewarding arrangement of the Pines of Rome was originally written for the New Zealand Youth Brass Ensemble in 2016 by co-founder and artistic director Brendan Agnew.

Instrumentation: 8 Trumpets (Bb piccolo, Eb, C, Bb x4, Flugelhorn dbl. Bb), 4 horns, 4 trombones, 2 euphoniums, 2 tubas, percussion
