Product Description

Photograph is a song recorded by the English singer-songwriter, Ed Sheeran, for his second studio album, × (2014). With visually descriptive lyrics, the ballade discusses a long-distance relationship inspired by Sheeran's own experience of being away from his then-girlfriend while he was on tour. The song received generally positive commentary from critics, who noted the lyrics and Sheeran's use of imagery. The song was used in the soundtrack of the film Me Before You (2016), directed by Thea Sharrock, an adaptation of Jojo Moyes 2012 novel of the same name.

This arrangement was composed for a female main voice, with backing vocals, a 4 hands piano, electric organ, 2 acoustic guitars, 2 violins and drums. The original song is in E major, but this arrangement the key was changed to C major to better accommodate the range of the female voice. The backing vocal can be sung preferably by a female and a male voice, but the octave can be changed or doubled, if necessary, to adapt to other vocal formations.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
