"Narodil se Krestus Pán" and "Salvator Natus" are the original titles to this anonymous work from around 1400. It would later be included in hymnals with words and arrangement by Vincent Pisek. Pisek was a 19th Century pastor of the Bohemian Brethren and ministered to the Czechoslocak people of New York. Section A exposits the tune. A modulation to a new key occurs at the end of the section with the help of a French augmented sixth chord. Section B adds a descant by yours truly.
