Product Description
If you want a bit different version of the arrangement behind Eleanor Rigby, this is it.
The vocal part is unchanged, but everything behind is a bit different. So if you have a vocalist who loves the song and you don't have a string quartet, or want another variation than piano, you should check this out.
The arrangement can be used anywhere you would use Eleanor Rigby. This 3:26 long arrangement is meant to be a bit different than the original, and when you get to the last verse, it really opens up in a new way.
Eleanor Rigby, the original by the Beatles, with the string quartet, is a song I've been fascinated by since my childhood. For years I wanted to do my own version, just for fun, of course. This is what I came up with.
Trombone quartet is another favorite of mine. In this arrangement there is a quartet (and even an opt. 5th), playing along with the guitar, bass, piano and drums. You may not need all of them, but if you have them, there is a unique part for everyone.
I hope you enjoy it just as much as I did arranging it.
