Product Description
A simplified version of
"The Elephant" - from "Carnival of the Animals" - for
(electronic) keyboard with a keyboard range of at least five octaves in the
main key G major.
For the audio file (in split
mode without automatic accompaniment) GM-Sound No. 43 "Cello" was
used for the right hand (usually sounding one octave lower, thus in accordance
with a treble clef 8vb in the right hand) and GM-Sound No. 01 "Acoustic
Grand Piano" was used for the left hand.
Here are some tips on how to
set up a commercially available five octave (electronic) keyboard:
- the split point is in the
3rd keyboard-octave at "Ab 3"
- set the right side of the
keyboard two octaves lower (with a sound that basically sounds one octave
lower)
- set the left keyboard side
an octave higher
- the first note to be played
in the right hand is in the 4th keyboard-octave at "D4" (sounding a
D2)
- the first note to be played
in the left hand is in the 1st keyboard-octave at "G1" (sounding a
G3)
