Product Description

A double reed transcription of the Prelude from Carmen Suite No. 1. This was challenging to transcribe because of the tremolos in the strings. Since tremolos are impossible and sustained notes lose the dramatic effect, I settled on adding at least one trill to each of the chords. The effect works as long as the chords fade into the background and let the melody be the focus.
