This is an arrangement of Pat Metheny's jazz-fusion tune "Phase Dance" for percussion quartet. Scored for vibraphone, 2 marimbas, and snare drum and cymbal. The vibraphone and marimba 1 parts include an improvised solo, marimba 2 reads in bass clef, and the percussion part can be replaced with a drum set part played by a jazz trained drummer. This piece is for percussion chamber groups looking to improvise, or for something a little groovy. Minimum instrumentation: Vibraphone Marimba (4.3 octaves) Snare drum Suspended cymbal
