I have a sweet tooth for evocative Film and TV music. Good piano transcriptions of such pieces are often extremely hard to find. Composers like Carter Burwell (and others) are unsung heroes, who bring the emotional content of key cinematic scenes to their full emotional fruition. Allowing the rest of us, mere mortals, to vicariously participate in the transcendent magic of what is being presented or re-enacted.
