Yu-Tai CHENG

Nominee of Best Performer of 13th Golden Indie Music Awards for his first flute album “Flute Beats-Box”;

Founder of Flute Gamer Studio and Beatbox Flute Kids Ensemble; Assistant of laboratory theater and flute at Conservatory of Strasbourg in France, and Second Prize of International Music Competition of Osaka in Japan.

As former student of Pierre-Yves Artaud, Sandrine François, Desreumaux Patrick, and Mihi Kim,
Yu-Tai performs his music across the world with different kind of musical boundaries such as orchestra, jazz, beatbox, contemporary and math rock.

Yu-Tai is also composer, music arranger and writer for multiple flute repertoires and tutorial books of beatbox flute.

He is now a member of Kaohsiung City Wind Orchestra, Taiwan Soloists Symphony Orchestra, Lumière Flute Quatuor, and flutist with Elephant Gym.
