I had been watching re-runs of 'Who wants to be a Millionaire' on the TV and this has inevitably spilled over into my Novelty Piano compositions. I nearly called it 'Tarrant Terror' (Chris Tarrant UK version) because of the Tarantella in the middle but soon thought that 'Fastest Finger First' was a much better title. So if you are 'Sure' and 'Confident' (as Chris would say) then try and play it at 172 BPM (or faster)
