Product Description

Bach, in 1739, wrote the BWV 1054 Concerto in D major. Here it is written as a solo for Alto Flute in the original concert Key of D BWV 1054. It can also be used as a solo for the unusual recorder in G made by Mollenhauer. This chart is based on Bach's keyboard concerto which he wrote for violin in the key of E (BWV 1042). He also arranged it himself in the key of D for keyboard (BWV 1054). Here it is presented for either a solo Alto Flute or Recorder in G, which can also be used as concerto parts with the original BWV 1054 orchestra parts. The orchestra parts are not provided.
