Product Description

Bach, in 1739, wrote the BWV 1054 Concerto in D major. Here it is written as a solo for Alto Flute in the original concert Key of D BWV 1054. It can also be used as a solo for Clarinet in A in the key of E BWV 1042. This chart is based on Bach's keyboard concerto which he wrote for violin in the key of E (BWV 1042). He also arranged it himself in the key of D for keyboard (BWV 1054). Here it is presented for either a solo Alto Flute or Solo Clarinet in A, which can also be used as concerto parts with the original BWV 1054 orchestra parts (Alto Flute) or with the original orchestra parts for BWV 1042 (Clarinet in A). The orchestra parts are not provided.
