Sweeter Things is a moving, lyrical jazz waltz written for intermediate students. It features a song-like RH melody with LH providing rich harmonies and counterpoint. The piece primarily uses eighth-notes and quarter notes. It's one of my personal favorites and is a great piece for students to practice eighth-note subdivision and hand independence.

Sweeter Things is part of my Five-Finger Jazz! series and would be a great addition to your next recital!
