Product Description

Swing and Shout is an upbeat, straight-ahead swing chart written for early intermediate students. It features a hip LH blues bassline and with occasional support from quarter-notes in the RH. The piece explores back and forth conversations between the hands, mostly quarter-note and half-note rhythms and is great practice for crossing under and over in the LH.

Swing and Shout is in my Five Finger Jazz Series which is full of fresh jazz pieces that not only sound great but are easy to learn with Five Finger hand positions that are perfect for early piano students!
