The piece is based on a per-defined tone-row scale, which uses each of the twelve tones once only: F, Gb, Bb, Eb, E, B, C Ab, D, A, Db & G. The composition process begins with a small motif evolving into counterpoint of unique harmonic sounds, all adhering to the defined tone-row.
