This song is based on the Traditional Song "Here We Go Around the Mulberry Bush". A perfect song to teacher your children about different percussion instruments and how they work. It also works well when you are teaching kids how to stay in line or march single file. It is broken up into 2 sections. The first section is for teaching and more relaxed rhythmically. The second section is used for the marching portion. Each child should have a chance using the instruments notated in the music.

This song also encourages good listening skills. When the teacher says "play the drum", only children with a drum should play. It also increases use of motor skills with the different actions such as "shake", "scrape" etc.
