Product Description

This setting of Christina Rossetti's poem for SATB choir and piano moves through a variety of interesting voicings and harmonies, including unison singing, an optional a capella section, women's voices, and a final unison verse with descant. The lilt of the Welsh traditional tune provides an pleasant melodic contrast to common hymn progressions for church choirs, while remaining fully appropriate for traditional church services. Liturgical use: funerals, memorial and remembrance services; "communion of the saints" and connections with the dead in Christ.

Your purchase benefits the Frederic Bacon-Shone Memorial Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that aims to inspire future generations of students through arts education at K-12 public schools.  Visit us at www.facebook.com/DrBMemorial.
