This is a solo piano arrangement of Nat King's Cole rendition of Jet, a song released in 1950. The song was composed by Harry Revel, with additional credits to Bennie Benjamin and George David Weiss. The former, Mr. Revel, is considered the pioneer of space age pop, and his music featured the use of the theremin.
