This easy cello duet arrangement of popular Christmas Carol, "Deck the Halls", is designed particularly for students who have been learning for 1-2 years. Cello 1 has the melody throughout and is about a Preliminary Grade standard. Cello 2 is a harmony part and could be played by someone of about Grade 2 standard, equally suitable for a teacher or a cello-playing parent, sibling or friend. Dotted slurs are optional.

Guitar chords have been included on the Cello 2 part, which could also be used by a pianist. Why not make it a trio, 2 cellos and a piano or guitar? Lots of options here for Christmas cheer!
