These 3 pieces by French composer Eric Satie (1866 - 1925) are famous the world over. They never fail pleasing all sorts of audiences. Gymnopédie 1 gained massively in popularity when the group Blood, Sweat and Tears released their own version in 1968. They have been used extensively on TV and in movies ever since.

This arrangement is intended for teaching and for student concerts. Students can be assigned to either melody, chords or bass and will gain proficiency reading in all three domains. The sixth string must always be tuned in D. Playbacks for any situation (one or two guitars not available) can be obtained by emailing the author.
