'Trio' is sung by 3 people divided by the Berlin Wall, Elin, the mother sings of her lost husband (who escaped to the West) and her child (who was, she thinks, lost in childbirth), Gustav, the father, sings of the years apart from his wife. Then Joshua, the son, sings of having to find the parents he never knew of leading to an epic harmonious and powerful climax. The MP3 is a demo by the composer.
