An Irish Blessing is an original setting of the traditional text and was written for my cousin's wedding. The piece is about 6:00-6:30 (depending on the tempo of which it is performed) and is very accessible and appropriate for weddings and other sacred and non-sacred performances. The piece is perfect for professional musicians who are tired of the usual wedding music. The voice part is in a very comfortable range for either male or female voice (C4-G5). There are two sets of string parts included with the score, one that has vocal line included, and one without.
