Product Description

Largo al factotum is one of the cavatinas sung by Figaro in G. Rossinis opera The Barber of Seville. This arrangement is written for a string orchestra with an intermediate-advanced level of skill. It includes a solo cellist playing Figaro. This piece has been kept as authentic to the score as possible to provide string orchestra players a taste of opera-playing without a winds and percussion section. Therefore, the solo can also be sung by a baritone instead of the solo cellist (see publisher website for optional vocal score). This arrangement is fully bowed and prepared for easy reading right after purchasing. Visit http://matteodelfino.wordpress.com/category/sheet-music/ for other sheet music titles and recordings! NOTE: a customer is allowed to photocopy 8 total copies per part of the Violin 1, Violin 2, and Viola parts. A total of 4 copies of the Cello and Double Bass parts can be photocopied. The score and the Violoncello Solo part cannot be photocopied.
