Originally written for the Young Strings Programme at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester UK, this arrangement of the Trad. spritual has been tried and tested on young string players. The arrangement includes an identical open string part suitable for Violin, Viola and Cello provided as both notation and graphic rhythm score (with coloured letter names). Only Violin open string stave is shown on the score, but parts for Violin, Viola and Cello are included in this set.
A piano part is included; the arrangement works with or without piano.
