Product Description
Alto Recorder and harp is such a beautiful combination - here is the old English Folksong Waly, Waly, or The water is Wide. While arranged for the range of the recorder, it also can be played on any C instrument, or voice.
In the third verse, the recorder plays a descant harmony. The harp part is for advanced beginners. There are rolled chords, and 1-5-1 chords in the left hand, but all all easy to play, and well set, with a consistent chord progression to facilitate those just learning to play. Can be played on pedal or lever harp - no accidentals
Suitable for recitals, or church services, where this tune is sung with several popular hymns.
