This is the first song of a project that I took on in June. At a family reunion I met a distant cousin who writes poetry every day who gave me permission to put her text to music. From her book, Moondrops in Dreams, Ronda D. Mullins captures the essence and of everyday life that plays with the senses.

Seasons of Rhyme describes our 4 seasons which send a nostalgic feel to the mind of the reader. This was a simple write, music wise and I wanted to make the song short and simple, just like the text, and just as the seasons seem to fly into one another - shortly and simply.
