This is a solo and string orchestra version of the third movement from Georg Goltermann (1824-1898) fourth cello concerto in G major.

As a greatest hit in the cello students repertoire, it is seldom performed in its full orchestral version, mainly due to the lack of a full symphonic orchestra in little music schools.
