The selections are all in 2/4, 3 /4 or 4/4 time signatures, the key signatures do not exceed two sharps or two flats and there are minimal accidentals. Each piece comes with piano accompaniment for the fullest experience possible of the music. The piano parts are all scored with the solo instrument above. No suggested tempos are given so that the teacher may determine the best speed for a particular student, while still maintaining the original flavor of these well known pieces. This version of the Nutcracker will be enjoyed as lesson material, just for fun, or will make excellent winter recital pieces.
