Supplemental orchestra parts, including substitute partsfor example,
tenor sax parts which can be played as a substitute for (or in addition
to) trombones.
3. A full C score, for reference or to allow a keyboard player to fill in for missing supplemental players, e.g., strings.
4. A computer-generated demo.
If you are too young to remember that this was THE SONG when it first came out, or
if you need a reminder of how appropriate the song is for our current
time, please look at the sample PDF and listen to the mp3 to review it. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Perhaps you could put together a concert or worship service featuring the early CCM hits like this one. Note: while the score covers all the usual church orchestral instruments except percussion, this arrangement will also fly with less than a full orchestra. For example, using only the brass sectionarranged here in a punchy Miami Sound Machine-like mannercould be a fun way to re-imagine the song today.
