Product Description

The traditional English folk tune Scarborough Fair is a beloved folk melody. This lilting, calm arrangement is written for a cappella SATTB (with possibility of Tenor 1 as an Alto 2 line) and the beautiful melody is shared across choral parts. Each voice line has an opportunity to utilise a cappella accompaniment skills as well as a moment to deliver the melody itself. This arrangement is ideal for high school choirs, chamber choirs, university/college vocal ensembles or a cappella groups interested in exploring a song which is both fun to perform and great to listen to as an audience member. The song works equally well as an energised encore, a fun opener, or as part of a pop set.
